My client is currently asking me to research on different bug tracking tools available in the market and give them suggestions. I have used JIRA, VersionOne and HP's ALM. Can you suggest any other bug tracking tool? My client currently follow semi agile process. I will have to give them pros and cons of each tool and I will have to present them with at least 10 tools and suggest them two tools I think are the best. From those, they will pick one.
