Error message of Locking port using Selenium WebDriver

Question

I am automating tests using Selenium Webdriver in Java language. My OS is Windows 7 and Selenium version is 2.28. I am getting the following error message-:

Unable to bind locking port 7054 within 45000 ms

which browser are you trying to connect to?

I am connecting to Firefox browser version 47 and selenium web driver version is 3.0.1

This is known issue happening with Firefox. You will have to downgrade your selenium to 2.45 or lower version. Or upgrade your Firefox to the latest version.
