Issue while starting sevices of Oracle database

Question

I am facing issue starting oracle DB Services, I ma trying following. Please help if I am missing anything

If you start the listener before the DB, it will take several seconds - up to a minute or so - for the instance to come back around from the rest of the work it is doing and perform a registration.

So, wait for a while before you start the listener.
