Generally following Agile Methodology mostly company and you have follow and attend each sprint.

Task: Maintain test scripts with proper framework which is required for your company, daily run your test suite and run your report,If some scripts fail then it make sure some changes in your application (manually) ask to manager

In case of middle of test suite automation

• Enter the bay/desk
• Check for any existing script failure reported from CI
• Check emails for valuable information
• If there is the failure of existing script, checkout/pull the latest code and fix that.
• If no failure, check out the latest code and develop new steps and scripts.
• Once the code is developed, check-in the code and remove any conflicts.
• Provide the status over the call or by email.
