Is your project an Ant project or simple Eclipse project?

it's a simple eclipse project. i am also using TestNG.

Install Eclipse Maven plugin: http://www.eclipse.org/m2e/

You may have to restart your Eclipse.

In your eclipse just right click on Java Project and click Configure and you should see “Convert to Maven Project” option.

You should see "Create new POM" dialog. Enter Groupd ID, Artifact ID, Name and Description.

That's all. You just converted your Eclipse project to maven
