This is the most important questions asked by people. Usually online we just find examples to be tested on Google or SeleniumHQ site itself.
I will suggest you to take any open source application which is stable as well and start writing manual test case for that application and automate the same.

You can start with OrangeHRM. - Its a famous and open source application for HR department. You can even install it on your computer and start the automation.
