I am automating using Selenium Webdriver in Java language. I am getting a element not found exception. My code is

driver= new FirefoxDriver();
        driver.get("http://jsbin.com/kisosesako/1/edit?html,js,output");

        WebElement elem=driver.findElement(By.name("JS Bin Output"));
        driver.switchTo().frame(elem);

The error i am getting is

Unable to locate element: *[name='JS Bin Output']

Your steps are wrong.

You first open the browser and navigate to.

        driver.get("http://jsbin.com/kisosesako/1/edit?html,js,output");

that will redirect you to http://jsbin.com/kisosesako/1/edit?html,js it will not show output window until clicked once. So, you first have to click output 

driver.findElement(By.xpath("//*[@id=\"panels\"]/a[5]")).click();

And then you can identify iframe element and switch to it.

Also,

your iframe element name  is

driver.findElement(By.name("JS Bin Output "));
not

driver.findElement(By.name("JS Bin Output")); //You missed space after Output
