I am using Katalon TestOps which is really versatile and helpful for me. It is compatible with Desktop, Mobile, and Web Applications. It has the ability to give comprehensive reports about the errors and the detection rate is fast.

I have been using JIRA for bug reporting since many years and I have been pretty satisfied with it.

I recommend using JIRA for bug reporting.
